Assembler I

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18 to $21

Shift: Monday to Friday. Start time may vary depending on the department.

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools properly and safely for mechanical assembly of products
• Solder cables, wires, and through-hole devices within quality standards
• Inspect products and identify non-conformances accurately
• Operate pass/fail test equipment such as ALTF and PD Test

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Previous experience with opto-electronics and PCB components is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001
• Basic understanding of ESD and 5S principles
