Manufacturing Technician; Aseptic), 1st Shift

What You’ll Do

• Follow established procedures for the manufacture and filling of aseptic products.
• Operate production equipment per SOPs, Batch Records, Manufacturing Directions (MD), and Manufacturing Operating Procedures (OPM).
• Execute aseptic fill procedures (transfer, set-up, sanitization, autoclaving, process simulation, etc.).
• Perform scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.
• Support changeover activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues.
• Record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs; review log books and forms.
• Document work activities per Good Documentation Practices.
• Report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.
• Maintain current training on assigned procedures.

Routine assignments requiring cGMP experience; follow procedures on routine work and receive instruction for new assignments.

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of related experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gown and enter biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing areas; wear PPE.
• Ability to lift/pull/push 25–50 lbs., stand up to 6 hours, climb ladders/work platforms, and work around chemicals (alcohols, acids, bases).

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Clean room/aseptic technique experience.
• Experience with commercial‑scale automated equipment.
• Computerized transactions and spreadsheet skills.
