Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Soldering Technician to join their Manufacturing Support team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Job Title: Soldering Technician
- Location: Bedford, MA
- Pay Range: $21-$25
- Shift: 1st shift 4am-7am start times 8‑hour shifts
- Perform precise soldering and assembly of electronic components and mechanical parts.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment used in the assembly process.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Previous experience in soldering and electronic component assembly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Adherence to safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
