Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)

Our Bedford, MA site is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our ESC Operations team. The position requires working Sunday to Thursday from 10:00PM to 6:30AM.

• Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities.
• Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.
• Confirm work in SAP and record inspection and other production data in Camline.
• Participate in shift pass-downs for communication regarding safety, quality, and production priorities.
• Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation as required.
• Perform part assembly, wet etch operations, and operate vacuum and other processing equipment.
• Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures.
• Perform periodic tool refresh and basic equipment maintenance tasks per run schedules.
• Clean fixtures and parts as needed.
• Update pass-down notes to ensure proper follow‑through of tasks.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.
• Adhere to and promote Entegris PACE Values.
• Perform overtime when required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Minimum of 1yr manufacturing experience (machine operation, a plus).
• Able to work the 3rd shift and overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (including IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCl).
• Fluency in English is required for training purposes.
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for nearly the entire shift.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom.
• Computer skills (SAP/Cam Line a plus).
• Flexibility to be trained and cross‑trained in other departments.

• Machine operation experience.
• Ready to train on 1st or 2nd shift for three months.
• Enthusiastic learner with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Pay range $24/hr–$26/hr plus shift differential.
