Job Description
Production Supervisor – 31,000 32,300
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing day to day production activities across their assigned area. They ensure all client work is completed on time to specification and to the highest quality standards while promoting productivity efficiency and continuous improvement through effective leadership and communication.
Primary Objectives- Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules
- Ensure productivity and profitability targets are achieved
- Lead, support and develop team members through effective people management
- Maintain accurate stock management and inventory control
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication
- Drive quality and continuous improvement throughout production operations
42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (day shift Full job spec available on request )
