Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Soldering Technician to join their team. As a Soldering Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Bedford, MA

Pay Range: $21-$25

Shift: 1st shift 4am-7am start times 8 hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Perform precise soldering and assembly of electronic components and mechanical parts.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment used in the assembly process.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in soldering and electronic component assembly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Adherence to safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
