Perform visual, dimensional and/or functional inspections for raw material, in-process assembly, or finished product according to specifications and quality standards;
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate NCR processes;
Utilize measurement tools and gages to measure dimensions and attributes and ensure current calibration;
Compile quality records and documentation following GDP standards;
Participate in first article inspections and process/audit activities; provide feedback for continuous improvement;
Support investigations, implement corrective actions, and generate NCR trend data for metrics;
Provide training and guidance on inspection techniques and tools; support cross-functional teams in quality initiatives
