Responsibilities
- Execute downstream process development studies for antibody and conjugate programs
- Perform purification operations including chromatography, TFF/UFDF, filtration, and buffer exchange
- Operate AKTA systems and develop/troubleshoot methods using UNICORN
- Support process characterization, scale‑up, tech transfer, and manufacturing readiness
- Conduct and interpret analytical testing including ELISA, HPLC, and UPLC
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with analytical, manufacturing, MSAT, and process development teams
- Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), Fab fragments, ADCs, or antibody‑RNA/oligonucleotide conjugates
- Protein A, AEX, CEX, and polishing chromatography
- AKTA and UNICORN expertise
- TFF/UFDF and downstream process optimization
- Process characterization, DoE, scale‑up, and tech transfer activities
- ELISA, HPLC/UPLC, SEC‑HPLC, or related analytical methods
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline
- 2+ years of hands‑on downstream process development experience
- Strong laboratory, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
