Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Candidates should be positive team players, flexible, fun‑lively, 18 years or older, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
