Food Service Utility

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position at Werfen – 180 Hartwell Road, Bedford, Massachusetts 01730. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You will receive a free shift meal, uniforms, parking, paid holidays, and no weekend work. Pay is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour.

• Willing to train.

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
