Werfen North America is looking for a Sales Training Manager to design and deliver training for our sales teams across North America. This role will ensure our sales representatives are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to engage in compliant, value-based selling practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales training, preferably in In Vitro Diagnostics. The position may require up to 75% travel. A competitive salary range of $145,000 to $180,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.
