About the RoleWe're hiring an entry-level Sales / Account Support Associate to support our sales team with client communication, account coordination, quoting, and order follow-up.
This is a long-term, year-round, full-time position — not a seasonal, temporary, or semester-based role. We invest in training and growth, and we're looking for someone who plans to stay and advance. No promotional products experience required — we ll teach you the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client emails, daily inquiries, and phone calls
- Prepare quotes, proposals, sample requests, and order updates
- Support account managers with client follow-ups and project tracking
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, and logistics teams
- Track artwork, sizing, product specs, materials, proofs, approvals, timelines, and shipping details
- Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, pipeline notes, and client records
- Assist with sales outreach, client research, and business development
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed
- Learn custom apparel, uniforms, decoration methods, and sourcing processes
- Available for consistent, year-round, full-time work — this role is not compatible with a full-time class schedule or seasonal availability
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, marketing, or account coordination experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on multiple open projects
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM experience preferred
- Willing to travel as needed for trade shows, client visits, and events
Strong performers advance into Account Manager and Sales roles, gaining hands-on experience in branding, sourcing, production, pricing, and client strategy.
