Position: Clinician - Family Resource Center ($5000 Sign-On!)

Summary

The Family Resource Clinician works with the Director of the Family Resource Center with all involved Family Members, giving priority to those with CRA (Child Requiring Assistance) related issues. Bilingual highly preferred. This position is full-time (37.5 HOURS/WEEK).

$1 per hour Language Differential! (eligible languages include: Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish or ASL)

$5000 Sign-On Bonus! ($2500 after 30 days of employment; $2500 after 6 months of employment)

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Perform trauma-informed intakes to include conducting, screening, and assessing for family members experiencing CRA related issues and mental health issues
  • Completing modified CANS as well as other identified supplemental behavioral needs assessments (FAST)
  • Works closely with the School Liaison in school diversion cases
  • Attend court for CRA hearings as needed
  • Oversee the development of personalized Family Support Plans
  • Make referrals for community resources based on the needs of the family unit
  • Provides ongoing clinical consultation to other FRC staff members
  • Facilitates ongoing support groups and/or evidenced based classes
  • Participate in community outreach, education and culturally specific events
  • Complete all documentation in CRM system
