The Edinburg Center is always looking for talented people to join our team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support.
Qualifications Include:- Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience working with children and/or adolescents required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience working with youth experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges preferred
- Candidates who are bilingual, bicultural, or have lived experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including afternoon and evening availability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Provide direct one-to-one strength-based support to youth in their homes and communities
- Coach and train youth to build daily living, social, communication, and coping skills
- Support implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the treatment team
- Help youth and families achieve clinical goals related to emotional, behavioral, and family functioning
- Collaborate with Clinicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other providers to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in treatment planning and treatment review meetings
- Maintain communication with providers and engage in case management activities as needed
- Attend daily Support and Stabilization team meetings, departmental meetings, supervision, and ongoing trainings
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with program standards and agency policies
- Stay current on best practices and contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment
The Support and Stabilization Program is part of The Edinburg Center's Children's Mental Health Services Division. Our multidisciplinary team partners with youth and families to provide individualized, community-based support that helps children build skills, strengthen family relationships, and succeed in their homes, schools, and communities.
The Edinburg Center has more than forty years of experience providing innovative behavioral health services to individuals living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, and other complex needs throughout Massachusetts.
