Senior Staff Accountant

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing and financially stable organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. Compensation

• Up to $100,000 base salary
• Bonus opportunity
• Hybrid schedule (1-2 days in office)

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
• Analyze financial results and assist with reporting
• Support audit and compliance activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or another inventory/project-based environment
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
