Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow reporting, and management reports.
- Manage multiple business entities, year-end close, tax coordination, and CPA relationships.
- Maintain accounting systems, vendor relationships, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

- Maintain accounting systems, vendor relationships, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, PTO, retirement plans, and personnel records.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR compliance.
- Maintain employee handbook, job descriptions, and coordinate commercial insurance renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and internal controls.
- Professional services experience and multi-entity accounting are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensations- $90k-$100K + bonus
Hybrid 3 days in office
