KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in Hillsborough County, NH that is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience with a large, publicly traded organization. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the Controller and support day-to-day accounting activities, primarily focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.

• Support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Perform accounting-related data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks and projects
• Research and resolve basic discrepancies as needed
• Provide additional support to the Finance team based on experience and business needs

• Previous AP, AR, or general accounting experience preferred
• Accounting-focused internship experience will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with financial data and performing data entry
• Ability to learn quickly and take on additional accounting responsibilities

Compensation is up to $25/hr DOE.
