• Customer order processing, schedule management, and follow‑up ordering
• Digital, paperless processing of all order data
• Provision of export and import documents for customs clearance
• Close cooperation with our customers and suppliers as well as with the sales
  and production teams
• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in order processing or procurement
• Knowledge of export and import procedures is an advantage
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented mindset and approach
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
• Outgoing personality with strong team and communication skills
• Good ERP and MS Office skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
