Restoration Project Manager - Water Mitigation

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate property damage mitigation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xactimate and a strong ability to manage time and resources efficiently to ensure timely and effective restoration services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects including planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Xactimate software for accurate estimating of projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in disaster restoration project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating.
• Experience in water damage mitigation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• IICRC Certification is a plus, but not required.
