Front Desk Representative

What You’ll Handle

As a Front Desk Representative at Goldfish Swim School Bedford, you’re the first point of contact for families—keeping the front office running smoothly and making every visit feel welcoming and organized.

Key responsibilities include providing “WOW” customer service, helping with class scheduling and billing, supporting new membership sales, and completing light organizing and cleaning tasks as needed.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Comfortable speaking with and assisting children and parents
• Strong communication, basic technology, and organizational skills
• High energy, reliable work ethic, and customer-first mindset
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass background examinations prior to training
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

You’ll arrive to a busy lobby, greet families as they come in, and keep the check-in area tidy and ready for the next wave of swimmers. Between conversations, you’ll move through the flow of the day—answering questions, updating information, and helping parents feel confident about what’s next. As the building fills and classes rotate, you’ll stay calm, friendly, and organized, wrapping up your shift by resetting the space so the next team member can step in smoothly.
