As Project Manager, you keep projects on schedule and shape how they come to life. You'll lead projects from concept through construction, coordinate talented teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for valued clients and consultants. This is a role with real ownership, real visibility, and real impact.

• Lead multiple projects from design through construction administration
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal design teams
• Own project schedules, budgets, and deliverables - keeping everything on track
• Drive quality control and technical accuracy across every phase
• Lead client meetings and collaborative planning sessions
• Mentor architectural staff and help shape a positive, high-performing team culture

• A professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Prior experience in a project leadership role at an architectural firm
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a natural collaborative style
• Comfort managing complex, multi-phase projects and shifting priorities
• Healthcare or commercial project experience (preferred, not required)
• A genuine commitment to design quality, client service, and team culture
• Licensure, or active progress toward licensure, is a plus - not a requirement
• Proficiency in Revit and standard project management tools
