Riddle Brook Elementary School, in partnership with The New England Center for Children (NECC), is seeking a dynamic candidate for a full-time intensive instruction paraprofessional position to work with children with intensive special needs. Position is available immediately and includes hours worked in the summer.
Job SummaryProvide direct educational services, ensure safety of all students, incorporate specific educational objectives into ongoing activities, collect data, maintain student specific materials and reinforcers. Assist with instruction and behavior management targeted to meet students’ Individualized Education Plans, work under the direction of the Intensive Instruction Classroom, NECC Clinical Supervisor or Administrator, and maintain confidentiality while communicating with case managers and lead teachers.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous special education experience preferred.
