Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Special Education teaching
- Experience supporting elementary-level caseloads (K-4th preferred)
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt to a range of learning needs
- Compassionate, flexible, and organized approach
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive practices
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
