Land Surveyor / In-Office Position
Holden Engineering & Surveying is expanding its staff to meet demands for ongoing and upcoming projects across a growing 40‑year base of commercial and municipal clients. Work with a dedicated and friendly team of professional engineers, civil technicians, surveyors, and CADD personnel to deliver site plans for commercial and municipal projects across NH, MA, VT, and ME.
Our office is conveniently located just 3 minutes from I-293 and Everett Turnpike (Route
3) in Bedford, NH.
This position is for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Surveyor in Training (SIT), or an individual experienced in boundary line research, boundary line determination, and preparation of boundary plans. The in‑office role requires experience in land surveying boundary computations, boundary line determination, and subdivision plans. Candidate should be familiar with survey research and the use of a property title to create a boundary plan in worksheet format (which will be forwarded to the CAD team to draft).
Must have experience in the steps involved for preparation of plans for surveying projects. Field surveying experience is a plus, but not required.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Surveyor in Training (SIT) designation or equivalent experience in boundary line research and determination.
