Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Bedford, NH to bring on an Electrical Engineer to join their Advanced Products team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on hardware design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility
Salary: Starting around $90,000+, depending on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll help design and develop high-performance electronic hardware from concept through testing and verification. This position combines mixed-signal circuit design, embedded systems, power electronics, and hands‑on lab work in a highly technical engineering environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop mixed-signal electronic hardware and systems
  • Create schematics and support circuit design from concept through hardware verification
  • Work with high-speed communication interfaces including 10G+ Ser Des, I2C, SPI, and UART
  • Design and support circuits utilizing FPGAs and embedded microprocessors
  • Work with high‑power DC‑DC converters and high‑voltage/high‑speed switching applications
  • Build, test, and validate prototype and production hardware
  • Perform hands‑on testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment
  • Analyze test results and troubleshoot hardware or performance issues
  • Identify root causes and develop solutions when technical issues arise
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams throughout product development
  • Document designs, testing, and engineering results
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ser Des, I2C, SPI, and UART
  • Understanding of FPGA and embedded microprocessor circuit design
  • Knowledge of power electronics, including DC-DC converters and switching circuits
  • Experience with schematic design and capture
  • Strong hands‑on laboratory skills
  • Comfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities (with **)**
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a technical environment
  • U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
