Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Bedford, NH to bring on an RF Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an engineer interested in hands-on antenna design, development, testing, and manufacturing support.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility
Salary: Starting around $90,000+, depending on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an RF Engineer, you’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle of specialized antenna products—from initial concept and design through prototyping, manufacturing, testing, and customer support.

You'll work with technologies including stripline, microstrip, and other RF/antenna systems while collaborating directly with customers and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities include:
  • Design and develop RF and antenna products from initial concept through production
  • Create new antenna designs based on customer performance and operational requirements
  • Utilize RF modeling and simulation tools to evaluate and optimize designs
  • Support prototype builds, manufacturing, troubleshooting, and product testing
  • Participate in RF and environmental testing
, including vibration, shock, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing
  • Analyze test results and recommend design or performance improvements
  • Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide technical input for proposals, new projects, and customer presentations
  • Support multiple custom engineering projects simultaneously
  • Help advance existing antenna technologies and contribute to new product development
  • Occasional travel may be required
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Experience or education in RF engineering, antenna design, microwave engineering, or related technologies
  • Experience with HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, or similar RF/antenna modeling and simulation software
  • Understanding of RF component design, testing, and performance verification
  • Ability to work hands‑on with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with customers and internal teams
  • 5+ years of RF design/test experience preferred; however, recent graduates with strong RF/antenna coursework or project experience will also be considered
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must have the ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Why Consider This Opportunity?

This isn’t an engineering position where you'll spend all of your time behind a desk. You'll have the opportunity to see your designs move from concept to an actual manufactured and tested product while working alongside experienced RF professionals.

You’ll also have exposure to major aerospace, defense, and government programs, with the opportunity to work on highly specialized antenna technology used in demanding applications—including products that have supported missions to Mars
