• Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and handle the return of equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts
• Ability to use protective clothing or gear as required

• Previous experience in customer service or retail
• Familiarity with moving equipment and logistics
• Basic mechanical skills to assist with equipment maintenance
• Certification to drive a forklift (training provided)
• Willingness to participate in additional training programs
