• Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking Officers and help prepare for successful loan closings.
• Provide top‑notch service by assisting customers with loan advances and account questions.
• Review and organize loan documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing.
• Grow your knowledge of commercial lending, business structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Use tools like Sageworks, Synergy, and Outlook to stay organized and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Play a key role in supporting the lending process and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

• Motivated to support commercial lenders, organize loan closings, and ensure every detail is accurate and complete.
• Administrative experience and a keen eye for detail; banking background not required.
• Strong customer service orientation toward internal teams and external customers.
• Problem‑solver who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
