Chase - 67 South River Road - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions while collaborating with branch team members;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies
