Occupational Therapy Assistant

Reporting StructureReporting to Director of Rehab
ResponsibilitiesAs an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You provide patient‑centered care that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities and independence, while collaborating with peers and referring patients to additional services as needed. Your goal is to put patients first, ensuring the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
- Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
- Salary Range: USD $30.00 – $38.00 per hour.
- Bonus: USD $5,000.00
