Human Resources Generalist
Our Bedford, NH client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS systems
- Onboard and offboard employees
- Support the performance review process
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Manage workers’ compensation, policies, annual audits, and compliance reviews
- Support managers with employee relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll coordination
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and discretion
- Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Recruiting experience is a plus
