Chemical Engineer

Position Summary

• The Chemical Engineer will play a key role in evaluating current production processes and implementing improvements to increase volume, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• This position will work directly with the ownership team to assess manufacturing workflows, recommend process enhancements, and support strategic growth initiatives.

• Analyze and improve chemical manufacturing processes related to beauty products.
• Evaluate current equipment and production methods to increase efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with ownership to determine process implementation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and production costs.
• Support scaling initiatives and volume growth planning.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting production challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
• Strong understanding of process improvement and manufacturing principles.
