Location: Bedford, NH

We are seeking a detail oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and related quality functions within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with the Quality Manager and a small team to ensure products are accurately processed, documented, and shipped according to customer requirements.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• Process incoming materials and maintain inventory.
• Verify and maintain shipping documentation.
• Monitor and replenish shipping supplies and materials.
• Assist with quality related tasks as needed.
• Follow established shipping procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with international shipping is a plus, but not required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance.
