Full Time Day & Evening Shift: 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M.
Part-Time & Per Diem Day & Evening Shift: 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M.
Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.

• Provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents with compassion, patience, and respect.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Strong commitment to resident care and customer service.
• Reliable, compassionate, and a true team player.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required – we provide training and support!
