As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting the nursing team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and teamwork.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Support mobility by helping residents with lifting, positioning, and transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other areas.
• Ensure proper nutrition and hydration
  , including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and tracking meal intake.
• Monitor and document residents'
  weights, skin conditions, and overall well-being
  .
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions to nurses and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and activities.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff.
• Provide a compassionate and positive environment while mentoring fellow LNAs
  .

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire
  .
• Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and reliable.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care
  .
