Lily Care Hospice of New Hampshire is seeking an On Call Hospice Registered Nurse to cover overnight shifts across New Hampshire. You will respond to after-hours calls, triage patient needs, and perform in-home visits for symptom management and crisis response.
Join a supportive team with flexible on-call scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and retirement benefits. Must hold NH RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for home visits.
