Overview

Ridgewood Center is currently hiring Full‑time Registered Nurses for shifts 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, and 11pm‑7am. We offer great benefits or 25% more pay in lieu of benefits, a $3,500 hiring bonus, and a competitive salary range of $44.00 – $48.50 per hour.

• Provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses, enhancing knowledge and skills in many areas.
• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals, and implement interventions as needed to minimize rehospitalizations and continue evaluating outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification is required.

Salary Range: $44.00 – $48.50 per hour. Bonus: $3,500.00.
