Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, individualized resident care consistent with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor outcomes, and implement care plans to promote resident well-being.
  • Mentor, train, and support staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
  • Participate in QAPI initiatives and contribute to maintaining compliance and survey readiness.
Requirements:
  • Current NH RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, organized, and committed to excellence in resident care.
