Shifts:
Per-diem team members do not have a set schedule and are assigned or pick up shifts based on availability
Compensation: LPN $37.00 - $43.00 | RN $45.00 - $50.00 based on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with established policies and resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Supervise and guide direct care staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor resident condition and communicate changes
- Promote quality care and uphold all federal, state, and facility standards
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
