Shifts:

Full-time: 3PM - 11PM | 11PM - 7AM

Part-time: 7AM - 3PM | 3PM - 11PM | 11PM - 7AM

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign-On Bonus: Full-time $4,500 | Part-time: $2,250

• Provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents with compassion, patience, and respect.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Strong commitment to resident care and customer service.
• Reliable, compassionate, and a true team player.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required – we provide training and support!

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
