DIRECTOR OF SAFETY AND LOGISTICS BEDFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE SALARY RANGE: $/YEAR Position Summary

The Director of Safety and Logistics provides high-level protective services and operational security support to senior executives and high-profile individuals. This role is responsible for safeguarding personnel, managing complex logistics, and mitigating risk through strategic planning, intelligence awareness, and disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate brings extensive executive protection experience, exceptional judgment, operational discretion, and the ability to operate confidently in dynamic domestic and international environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Executive Protection
  • Provide close protection during daily activities, corporate functions, and special events.
  • Conduct threat assessments and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • Maintain situational awareness and proactive risk mitigation at all times.
Security Planning & Operations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized security plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external EP/PPO partners for seamless operational coverage.
  • Conduct advance work and venue assessments for events and travel.
Surveillance & Intelligence
  • Conduct discreet surveillance to identify and assess potential threats.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring technologies and intelligence resources.
  • Maintain awareness of geopolitical, environmental, and reputational risks affecting key personnel.
Travel Security
  • Plan and oversee secure domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Conduct route planning and transportation security assessments.
  • Coordinate with trusted partners for elevated-risk environments.
  • Accompany executives on business and personal travel as required.
Emergency Response
  • Respond decisively to incidents, security breaches, or emerging threats.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when appropriate.
  • Lead protective response efforts under high-pressure conditions.
Communication & Confidentiality
  • Maintain clear, concise communication with executives and team members.
  • Provide regular briefings on risk posture and protective measures.
  • Safeguard all sensitive personal and corporate information with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications Education & Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced training in executive protection, security operations, military, or law enforcement strongly preferred.
  • Must qualify for and obtain Armed Security Licensing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
  • Relevant executive protection certifications preferred.
Experience
  • Significant experience in executive protection, military service, law enforcement, or related high-risk operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of physical readiness.
  • Five days per week onsite at the corporate office in New Hampshire.
  • Domestic and international travel required.
  • Global Entry preferred.
