Rapid Response Security Officer

Job Overview

Rapid Response Security Officer, $21+/hr based in Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area). Full‑time shifts, flexible availability, minimum 30 hrs/week.

• Provide security coverage at client sites as directed by the Field Operations Supervisor.
• Respond to incidents and support local security teams.
• Maintain vigilance, observe, and de‑escalate situations.
• Report incidents and complete required documentation.

• Excellent observational and de‑escalation skills.
• Strong communicator, capable of working with local and global teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Flexible to work any available shift during the week.
• Willing to commute up to 1 hour to client sites within a 30‑mile radius of the Bedford, NH office.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card.
