Rapid Response Security Officers

Securitas is hiring Rapid Response Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets across diverse client sites. In this mobile role, you will respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and service requests; conduct patrols and inspections; control access; and document all activity. Officers use security technology, follow post orders, and support emergency procedures while delivering professional customer service. Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to alarms, incidents, and service requests at client sites
• Conduct mobile and on-foot patrols, inspections, and safety checks
• Control access to facilities and verify identification of visitors and contractors
• Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Document incidents, daily activity, and reports accurately and on time
• Follow post orders, company policies, and client-specific procedures
• Assist with emergency response, evacuations, and crowd management
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a visible security presence
• Communicate clearly via radio, phone, and written logs with supervisors and clients
• Support a culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork while representing Securitas
