Before you wrap, you document your work, update parts usage, and share tips that keep appliances running efficiently.

What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair major residential appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Perform sealed system work on refrigerators (including accurate diagnosis and repair of leaks, compressors, and related components).Deliver clear, friendly explanations of issues, repair plans, and maintenance best practices.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize performance and efficiency.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of service visits, parts, and labor.

Keep current on new models, technologies, and repair techniques.

Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and elevate customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in appliance repair is a plus.

Hands-on experience as a home appliance technician or in a closely related repair role.

Sharp troubleshooting ability, steady attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Self-directed with excellent time management; comfortable working independently in the field.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

EPA Type I or Universal certification preferred.
