HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Apprentice

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring full-time HVAC apprentices, plumbing apprentices, and electrical apprentices for paid, year-round on-the-job training throughout Southern New Hampshire. Candidates may identify one or more trades they want to pursue. No prior trade experience is required. Pay is $22-$28 per hour based on experience, and the position reports to our Bedford, NH shop.

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and installers on residential job sites.
• Learn safe diagnostic, installation, service, and repair practices in the selected trade.
• Help transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials and keep job sites clean.
• Build documented on-the-job experience toward apprentice and journeyman-level work.

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid New Hampshire driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation, mechanical aptitude, dependability, and a genuine interest in learning a skilled trade.
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

Full-time, year-round daytime weekday work alongside experienced technicians and installers. Pay is $22-$28 per hour plus paid training, health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, company tools, licensing reimbursement, and year-round employment.

High school diploma or equivalent; valid NH driver's license with clean record; reliable transportation; ability to lift and carry equipment; strong work ethic; willingness to learn the trade and pursue licensure.
