Position: In‑Home Appliance Diagnostics Technician
Our Mission Make every home in Bedford, NH run smoother. As our In‑Home Appliance Diagnostics Technician, you’ll pair technical mastery with genuine care for customers—solving problems in the moment and preventing the next breakdown.

How You’ll Make an Impact Pinpoint issues and repair major appliances—refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens—right in the customer’s home.

Handle sealed system work on refrigerators, from diagnosis to repair, with accuracy and safety.

Educate customers on findings, options, and simple maintenance steps that extend appliance life.

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to boost efficiency and reliability.

Capture thorough notes on diagnostics, parts usage, and completed repairs.

Continuously learn new products and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

Team up with peers to share knowledge and refine service standards.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification in appliance repair a plus.

Proven track record in residential appliance service or a closely related field.

Expert troubleshooting, a disciplined eye for detail, and pride in clean, quality work.

Clear communication and a positive, service-oriented approach with customers.

Comfort working independently and prioritizing your day effectively.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

EPA Type I or Universal preferred.
