Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Work on refrigerators' sealed systems

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are operating efficiently.

Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.

Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar role.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

EPA Type 1 or Universal preferred
