Position Overview
We are a youth gym that values hard work, fun, and a positive environment. The role involves supporting children from babies to upper elementary, leading activities, and maintaining a clean, safe space.
Key Responsibilities- Engage children from babies to upper elementary ages in fun, engaging activities.
- Work at least 25 hours per week, including some weekend hours.
- Follow training and direction, maintaining stage presence for performances.
- Clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Provide effective leadership and motivation to the team and kids.
- Cooperate with the team to train and improve.
- High‑energy, sociable, and reliable.
- Effective communication and follow‑through abilities.
- Background or interest in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a plus.
- Strong stage presence and willingness to train.
- Hourly pay starting at $14, average $15–20 plus tips.
- Upward mobility with promotion from within.
- Free food and snacks.
- Safety equipment and a healthy environment policy.
