Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to keep our Bedford shop organized and our field teams supplied. This hands-on warehouse, inventory, and parts-delivery position moves between receiving, order picking, job preparation, loading, vendor pickups, deliveries, and daily warehouse support.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., based at our main location at 45 South River Road in Bedford, New Hampshire.

• Receive incoming HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water-treatment equipment, parts, and materials.
• Organize inventory and keep warehouse shelves, the shop, and the yard orderly.
• Pick and stage equipment and materials for upcoming service and installation jobs.
• Load service and installation vehicles so crews leave with what they need.
• Drive a company vehicle for vendor pickups and job-site parts and equipment deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low, missing, or incorrect stock.
• Help track returned and warranty equipment, serial tags, paperwork status, vendor returns, and equipment approved for disposal.

• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• A dependable, organized approach and the ability to work with warehouse, office, and field teams.
• Warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or delivery experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience is not required.

• $20 to $27 per hour.
