Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Manage and supervise one direct report serving as the AP/AR supervisor
- Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Company has over 100 years of industry experience
